The Rosen Law Firm specializes in litigation, trial, and appellate work in federal and state courts. Our practice includes matters that involve aviation, products liability, personal injury, accidental death, and business issues.
The firm tries cases on a regular basis and has obtained excellent results for its clients both at trial and through negotiated settlements. Our cases have included suits filed in Oregon, Washington, California, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Texas, Connecticut, Florida, and British Columbia.
Steve Rosen leads the firm. Mr. Rosen holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, a Master of Science in Systems and Control Engineering, and a law degree. He is a skilled trial attorney and a nationally recognized teacher of trial skills and strategies. At the request of bar associations, law schools, and the United States Air Force, he has taught these subjects in forty-two states. Mr. Rosen has held several positions in the American Bar Association and Oregon State Bar, including Director of Divisions and Council member of the ABA Section of Litigation. He has also served as Chair of the ABA Aviation Litigation Committee and Chair of the Oregon State Bar Aviation Committee. Mr. Rosen received the Distinguished Adjunct Professor Award from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark Law College.
Joining Mr. Rosen is Elizabeth M. Cline. Ms. Cline holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, and a law degree. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar and was awarded the Multnomah Bar Association Young Lawyers Section Award of Merit in 2002. She served as a judicial clerk in the Multnomah (Portland) County Circuit Court.
